Dr. SYed Ali is calm and quietly concerned. He creates an atmosphere of professionalism. He can sometimes be a little vague on the details of prior visits and refresh his memory via the patient more than by his notes. He has shown a great deal of concern for me and was thoughtful when seeing me on occasions when is wife Fatima, my usual psychiatrist, was not available. He didn't just rubber stamp her treatment and refill my medications, but gave me his own ideas. I trust him to do a thoughtful, educated job.

Dr. Ali's practice is all about making money and profit, not about patient care and putting their health first. This is true of both him and his wife, Dr. Fatima Ali. For every little thing, expect a charge. To them, you are simply "business," a scary thing to be in the psychiatric profession, especially, when psychiatric patients require a lot of gentle handling and care. It should come as no surprise that most reviews of Dr. Fatima Ali are negative. They both come across as shrewd and business-like, full of empty words, with a fake routine they pull on you, only to pull the rug out under you when it matters. I won't recommend them on my worst enemy.

I will give you an example. One of the medications I was prescribed under their incompetent care was giving me severe side effects. I made a quick call to ask a 5 second question of Dr. Ali about whether I should stop it abruptly or gradually cut down my dose. They put Dr. Syed Ali on the phone, who did not answer my question, but rather insisted I come in to see him. It was clear to me that he told me this simply because he wanted to bill the insurance and collect a co-payment from me. I am glad that I am no longer involved with a business that cannot even answer a basic question on the phone without demanding payment, for what is, at most, a few minutes of their time.

Please stay away from these two doctors! They don't know what they are doing, are bullish and greedy for money, and have a terrible bedside manner, with zero empathy or compassion for patients. Seek help elsewhere.

The office was easy enough to find. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Their offices was one of the easiest places to locate ever. I found it in minutes.

I have Bipolar I. He has treated me for years. He has seen me at my best and at my worst. He has helped me get better and stay healthy. I am grateful for all the special attention he has given me over the years, especially when my disorder was at its worst. He truly cares, and I wouldn't expect anything less.
