Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

I am taking my kids to Dr. Kaner since 2003 and whether it is in the middle of night or day, Dr. Kaner is always very responsive to my pages or messages. She spends as much time as needed during the office visit and always welcomes questions.
She never tries to prescribe too much of antibiotics unless it is really needed. I am very thankful to her for that.
In 2006 she saved my son's vision by detecting very early the beginning of a cataract that even the opthalmologist didn't notice during the regular eye exam.

She doesn't accept all insurances, but she does take many of them.

I highly recommend her.

My newborn gained very little third month, so i made an appt just to check her weight, when i came in nursed wheighed her and told me that doctor will be with me in a moment, doctor came in and stated complaining, that she doesn't understand how they let my make an appt, because it's not an emergency. Well, i never said that it was. And i never asked her herself to come ant talk to me. But since she did I asked if she could look into babys mouth , because i think she is teething,but doctor just laughed and asked if I came to see her or to check the weight. SO i told her since she is here maybe she just could look in her mouth, but doc told me that i didn't make an appt so she would not. While she was talking she had time to check it out 10 times. I'm never going back to a doc like that.
