I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. My child absolutely loves Pierre Noisette, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

No, it wasn't too loud

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Dr. Noisette is the best. I am blessed that I was able to find him when my son was born. This is the ONLY doctor my child has ever seen. I'm sorry that my child is now a young adult - I wish Dr. Noisette would open a general practice!

I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
