I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.

They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
