I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. all my children have this pediatrician im sure that my next baby will be here too :)

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
