They were by far one of the best specialists I have worked with. I was impressed with the entire team, and felt confident in their skills and experience. Their services appeared to be much in demand. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Most importantly, they arranged their schedule to see my daughter, who lives in AZ, and was in town over the holidays. She had been having severe pain nasal pain after surgery and was seeking a second opinion. The office staff and Dr. Tojo were very supportive in getting her an appointment.
