I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. The dentist is extremey rude and did an awful job on my two front crowns they are big, round, and gray. He made me pay him up front for all of the work and now will not fix my teeth so I am stuck with awful looking teeth. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time but it is hard and takes a long time to get an appointment.. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
