I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

We had an extremely poor experience with this office.

My wife went to Windham's office in February 2008 for some denture work. The initial visits went very well and we paid in full for the work.

During the initial fit in, my wife was unhappy with the appearance of the dentures and asked for some reasonable changes. Windham proceeded to degrade her in front of an assistant to the point that she came home in tears.

Unfortunately I didn't make this visit with her, but we did request a full refund of services. We weren't given the $160 initial visit fee back and I was informed that we wouldn't receive it.

Not sure why the lack of professional respect for a patient, but very disheartening to have to start over. Obviously would not recommend this provider to others.
