They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

She seems to want to treat symptoms instead of finding the cause of symptoms. I was unhappy with receiving a phone call from a staff member (assuming it was her nurse) to inform me that my thyriod needed to be removed (after seeing a specialist I was told this was not the case. However this caused several months of stress thinking this was a possibility) At each visit she did not seem to believe I do not smoke, nor do I live or work with smokers. When battling bronchitis she kept prescribing things without doing x-rays, blood-work, or referring me to an Ear nose throat specialist. In fact, my new doctor told me one of the prescriptions shouldn't have even been given to me because it it more for those who smoke. And if you have pets and allergies her solutions are to get rid of / put your pet to sleep (she actually jokingly suggested that option). I've since seen an allergist and my cat allergies (along with pollen/mold allergies) are well controlled. My allergist told me there is rarely a reason to get rid of a pet. I will give her credit for quickly finding my thyroid problem. Treating it has made a complete difference in my quality of life. They have no onsite blood work so you will have to go to the hospital across the street for that, but they are fast and friendly. Because of this Dr's lack of empathy about pets I have since switched to a new Dr.
