Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
