They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
