Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They were average

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.
