Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Do not go to this dentist to get dentures.. I went there and waited 3 months to get dentures, never got to see what they looked like on the try in, and was told that is how my dentures was suppose to look, I could not open or close my mouth. And there were other people there going back for the same problem as me. One lady told me to go to affordable dentures, they make good teeth.
My dentures looked like horse teeth, but now they look normal and could not be happier. And I got my dentures in one day. While I was at affordable there was another client that went to Dr. Ward and had the very same horse teeth as I did. What a shame that they take the governments money from medicade and not even care about how someones teeth should look. I got so much better treatment from affordable as well, very nice staff.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
