Like many other patients of Dr. Brain Hoffman's, I have been waiting too long to receive the refund due to me. It has been nearly nine months and the dentist still has not refunded my money. Not to mention, he refused to seat my permanent crown unless I paid the full cost of the procedure within thirty days, a large portion of which was to be paid by my insurance (notice provided in writing by the dentist). He demanded the full payment upfront and promised a refund for the amount my insurance was to cover. On the date of service, changes were made to the treatment plan, unbeknownst to me. I was handed a form to sign to consent to treatment without being informed that there had been significant costly, changes to it. The dentist and staff are confrontational, manipulative and severely lack integrity. It has been nine months since my visit, my insurance has paid him for services he refused to complete, my dental work is incomplete and he refuses to give me a refund for the amount I have over paid. Dr. Hoffman and most of his team behave like bullies, are unprofessional and use intimidation tactics to get paid more than what is due to them. I would never recommend this provider to anyone! Do your research!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Great dentist, amazing stuff. My first visit was warm and friendly. Dr. Hoffman was personable, professional and excellent with treatment. Great person to know. His stuff are well trained. I am thankful that I found dr. Hoffman and his stuff.
