I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Rude office staff. They hung up on me. Don't accept insurance. Only accept cash or check - no credit or debit card - this is shady at best.
