Excellent office, excellent doctor. Dr. Beck, his right-hand assistant Rebecca and the rest of the staff have always been excellent. They are empathetic, caring and efficient. Dr. Beck has literally save the lives of a some people I know simply with his excellent clinical skills and knowledge (and two of these patients had been to their former family doctors who had misdiagnosed their issues). I especially appreciate this office is owned by Dr. Beck so he is not forced to refer patients into any hospital system. He is great with all ages of patients, but I especially am impressed with his way with the older folks. (When I was early for a visit one time, I was blown away by Dr. Beck "wheeling" a patient in her wheelchair back to her car which I am certain took some physical stress off her elderly husband who was with her.) Dr. Beck visits his hospitalized patients regularly though most family doctors/internists do not do this any more. He also is conservative with the treatments overall, but he also will get as aggressive as necessary when the patient's case indicates. As long as this office is still around and Dr. Beck still works his clinical magic there, I will be a faithful patient and refer as many friends, family members and other acquaintances I can to them.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
