it was more of a sales pitch than a dentist visit. the whole time dr cheng was trying to sell me a $400 tooth whitening procedure (even got to watch a video!) after getting novacaine, she just left, then came back 30 min later and actually told me she -forgot- about me!!

I will say that the only person working there that is nice and caring, is an assistant that stayed with me during the procedure. The office manager and Dentist were both all about the money not the level of care, and I definatly left in worse shape than I arrived. Had to go to second Dr to repair it. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
