Their office was well organized and clean. They have a very good professional reputation. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. Wait times are minimal. The doctors and the staff present themselves as those called to a good work and happy to do it!

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.

They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
