There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
I had one visit with this office. There were fillings that fell out after one week. I called the dentist on Saturday and was told to come in on Tuesday. When I arrived at my appointment I was told I could not be seen because I owed on my account. This was worked out ahead of time. There is no reason why the fillings should of came out to begin with. We drove an hour to the appointment because he was suppose to be a good dentist. He told me that he was not going to do anything to correct the problem. He was rude, sarcastic, and turned me away. I will not go back to this office again. Their staff is rude as well.
