Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

I think so

No. It took me several times to get through.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
