The staff was a very respectful, understanding staff. If I need surgery at some point in the future, I will absolutely be going back to visit them again. They did a fantastic job.They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. They knew everything about all the latest medical advancements, and they even knew about ones that had occurred very recently. It was obvious that they kept up on their research.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They had fantastic parking at their office. I found a spot literally within seconds and it was right next to the entrance. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
