Oh Dear Me. I am not at all concerned whether a dentist or their staff remembers my name or not. What has this got to do with anything anyway? I am,however,concerned with the level of dental care I get. Eric Swinson & staff are as good as it gets. This is why I travel over an hour to get to their office.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. And the Doctor is very rude and has bad breathe and body odor.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The entire staff is courteous and caring in everything they do. I have been going to this dental office for over 35 years. They are simply the best!
