Rates increased without telling us first. Told me they were in-network when they were not. Had a cavity filled, told when I paid I would not be obligated to any more payment, then sent a bill. Person on phone extremely rude and condescending, even hung up on me when I asked to speak with dentist personally. Always a long wait.
