I went to this dentist in 2009 for a root canal and in the summer of 2012 the crown fell off(3yrs). When I adv the dentist of my issue they tried to imply that it was something that I did. After several weeks of irritation and back and forth they finally agreed to redo the crown. 3 months later, after getting a cleaning from another dentist I was advised that I had an overhang and this should have been found with doing X-rays. When I called the Dental Center back they called me in for an appt at 2:00pm and the Doctor came in 45 minutes later to tell me that she is not perfect. She wished that she could get 90% of the work perfect but she doesn't. she told me that she would give me my money back that I paid her to get it done somewhere else. Once I spoke to the office manager, she told me that I paid $462 and that she would need to contact the insurance company to send them the money back after I told her I don't have that insurance anymore. She then told me that she would only be able to give me $800 back because I had the crown for 3 years and they had to pay a lab fee! This was unacceptable and inconsiderate after I gave them a second chance to fix an issue that was not done correctly the first time. I am now forced to pay more money in order for the work to be done correctly. I will neeeeeevvvveeeerrrr go back or recommend them to anyone else!

This is one of the best dental offices I've been to. The facility is very clean. The staff is professional and very friendly. I'm usually very fearful of dentists but everyone here made me feel relax and welcomed. The dentist was very gentle, I didn't even feel the shot!!! I am definitely coming back. I don't think I can trust anyone else with my teeth.
