Dr. Feldman has treated our family for over 10 years, for everything from routine care, to wisdom teeth removal, to crowns, to an emergency that knocked out a tooth. He and his staff have been consistently professional and skilled. I appreciate that he is capable of doing all our necessary services in his office, rather than out-sourcing treatments. I recommend his practice.

Dr. Feldman is extremely rude and unprofessional. He allows his staff to be disrespectful and condescending to patients. In speaking to several of my family and friends we all decided not to give his dentistry our business. He really needs to sedate his patients because without sedation his procedures are too painful. In addition, he does not try to make the customers feel comfortable. I tried twice, because I taught I was being sensitive, but after my last visited I called the Better Business Bureau and I have a formal complaint on file. It is truly unbelievable. My suggestion is for no one to give money to doctors or anyone that has poor customer service. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!
