There was a billing dispute about a future visit. I left very upset. I called my insurance company and they verified with certainty that this office was incorrect about the amount I would owe. Unfortunately, I really like this dentist and his hygienists, but I will not do business there anymore because of the office staff.

The Dentist and Staff are very friendly and are most concerned with making the patient feel relaxed. They go the extra mile to ensure a good experience and they understand if a patient is very nervous during the visit. I have been a patient for more than 10 years and have always left feeling pleased with the work performed. As usual they take the extra step to make me feel special. It is nice of them to offer toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. In addition, the facility at this provider's office is always clean and well-maintained.
