Very poor customer service! Please be advised if you have an insurance change on the day of your appt., you will not be seen. This is definitely not an industry practice, and completely inconsiderate of a patient's time! They send you a post card reminder about your appt, and they give you a courtesy call, but never mention that you should call in advance of your appt. if you have an insurance change or you will not be seen when you get there. How arrogant is that!?
