The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I thought the chairs in the waiting room were about average. I didn't mind waiting in them. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They only cared about the money.

Campbell was great when it came to diagnosing my sciatica, but didn't really want to do anything about it. I just had to suffer until it slowly got better on its own. Thanks, Doc.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

That office always seems to be understaffed. Every time I call, I am put on hold for 2+ minutes. It is very hard to get a time you want. People are always waiting in the sitting room and in the examine room for at least 10+ minutes.
The doctor was nice in the beginning. I had a list of issues that I wanted to discuss with her. I mentioned something that she was not familiar with and was told that she never heard of it in all the years she practiced and blew it off. She kept asking me if I needed more prescription filled. I explained that is why I came to see her. During the examination, she kept speaking over me and didn't pay attention to what I was saying. I felt like she was rushing through the examination.
The lab results came back later than she promised. I got a voicemail that the doctor needed to speak with me and is urgent. I contacted the office to see if I can do it over the phone. The operator could not answer that and will have a nurse call back. I didn't get the message until I got home. No matter how many times I told the staff to call me on my cell, they never do it. I got a voicemail at home saying I had to see the doctor. It is actually against HIPAA and may file a report. I called the next day just to see if my prescriptions were called in. In the past, I had to follow up or they won't call them in. The operator couldn't answer my question and will have a nurse call back. I left two messages and never heard back. The next day, it was the same. No one can speak with me and I had to leave another voicemail.
