I did a considerable amount of research when I chose a replacement for the dentist that I had gone to for some 20 years. On the phone, I checked for comparable charges, services, and appointment availability. I made in person visits to offices to check for professional attire, staff courtesy, waiting room space, decor and upkeep and how organized the office appeared. The staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance both for themselves and the office. They provide a thorough review and explanation of any dental procedures, and I'm always able to get all my questions answered. The dentists are confident in their skills and have an excellent chair side manner so that I'm not nervous about starting a procedure. The treatment rooms are well appointed, but in a conservative way. Equipment appears well maintained. It appears that there is an appropriate correlation between reasonable charges and the grade of the physical plant, in that there aren't funds being spent on flashy gadgets or unnecessary equipment. The receptionist/scheduler/office manager is an exceptional individual in terms of people skills, phone etiquette, demeanor and ability to demonstrate clinical details and billing data and who facilitates a steady flow of information between the staff, office and the patient. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this dental office, as it meets my expectations and fulfills my requirements for reasonable charges for necessary work perfectly.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
