The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was a little too cold. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure having cold water sprayed in my mouth every few minutes. I did not feel safe at all in their care they cut my gums when filling ,I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. I was disappointed that about there billing practices it leaves a great deal to be desired. I do not feel they have the patients best interest in mind only for financial gain... I asked them never to schedule another appointment which they had documented in the records however they claim they scheduled me for another appointment and now are charging me for a no show.. i tried to fight it but the staff are rude and not able to admit they made a mistake....

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
