Both Dr. Ebbs and her nurse practitioner are very knowledgeable and patient. I was not impressed, however, with the office staff. Each person I dealt with was rude, condascending and ignorant to other peoples feelings. They treated me not like a patient, but an annoyance. I have never been more onconvienced or mistreated as a customer, consumer, or patient in my life. I hope they clean up their act because as the face of the office, they are ruining the professionalism Dr. Ebbs has worked hard to achieve.

No, there was no annoying music

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
