They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Dr. Kavorkian was great. She is very personable and easy to talk to about whatever may be going on. She is thorough and generally runs right on time with appointments. Dr. K is thorough when needed and will help dismiss concerns when I may be over-worrying. It is typically easy to get in to see either Dr. K or her nurse practitioner. We recently moved out of state and my whole family will miss having her as our doc.
