The staff is very professional and easy to talk to. They answer phone calls and return them quickly. Dr, Haas answers all questions thouroughly and is very professional and friendly. I trust her. THe office is clean, however not crazy about where it is located. It is not near me, because I live downtown but it is probably convienient for a lot of people.
