I can't say enough great things about this office. I am on medicaid and work long hours. When I got a tooth ache, I had a hard time finding a dentist that would accept medicaid and stay late in order for me to make it in. When I called Premier, they got me right in that same day and treated me so well. My dentist was so caring and nice and he explained all my options. I go back for my crown next week and I don't have to miss any work either because they have late hours. I hope I never have to go throught that pain again.

One of the chairs broke while I was in the chair. The dentist seemed somewhat cavalier about me the patient and more concerned with 'shooting the breeze' with the other staff members. The music was annoying. There were multiple problems with the crown I had done and the young dentist had to call in another dentist to help. It was likely just a bad day at the office for them, but I didn't feel well cared for. I would say, it's easy to get in for an appointment and the general care is OK.
