Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.

Dr. Brucci had to fix my little boy's tooth today. The Dr. and his staff were soothing, patient, and quick.
They took the time to describe the instruments they were using and helped my son to be brave.
I would definitely recommend this Dentist.
