From day one I have had nothing but problems with not only Dr. yang behaving unprofessionally, but his staff.
I have been trying unsuccessfully to get bottom teeth implants done but it never happens for whatever reason....usually an emergency that I have finally figured out is Dr. Yang taking off for personal time because he obviously can.
I am between a rock & a hard place because the job is half done & he knows he can get away with being rude(understatement) because he has received his money already.
I intend to see what I can do about this frustrating stressful nightmare I walked into unknowingly.. thinking that I was dealing with a professional office.
As far as I am concerned they have destroyed the reputation of Crossroads started by someone that valued his reputation, & respected his customers by successfully finishing the job that was promised before money exchanged hands.
Personally, I believe this man should be investigated by the better business bureau and closed down. I would not...could not, in good conscious recommend him to any one, & just hope & pray the job he started on my mouth is finished without serious repercussions.
I have seen a side of him that is very scary, and am writing this to hopefully stop another person from enduring what I have had to over the past year. ..as well as protect myself if he should lose his temper again after being told by myself that his performance IS UNSATISFACTORY!

They referred to me by several satisfied customers; so hands up Dr. Yang apparently has an awesome reputation, which was confirmed by my consultation visit to his office. From greeting staff, technicians, to Dr. Yang himself, it was seamlessly top-drawer service, in an atmosphere of doing the best work for the patient being felt during the vistit. On a scale of one to ten, I would give it a ten and recommend Dr. Scott Yang to all I meet.
