They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. 0ne of my bigest complaints is that they book all public aid patients on the same day of the week. So it is always crowded and the wait is always excrutiatingly long. Don't plan to do anything else on the day of your appt if you happen to be using public aid medical card.

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
