Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Very pleased with this office as I have dentures and they understand the importance to me of getting them done in a timely manner (the same day).

Everyone is great! I am not a fan of dentist this is the first dentist office I have gone to where I was relaxed. The staff is wonderful, you are taken at the time of your appointment. I felt very welcome and suggested them to as many people as possible.,

I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but most of the time not here. I was very impressed. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They're sometimes able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
