I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

This provider has a little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.
