I have had a LOT of work done by Dr. Hansen. He is very gentle, and I always feel comfortable even though I really hate getting work done. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Even with my kids, he is just great. They always explain everything before they do it, he is very gentle even with a terrified kid. Even though one of my kids hates getting teeth worked on, they all love Dr Hansen and his staff.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
