This was my mothers Primary physician. She loved him-I have to agree that the staff are very knowledgeable and the doctor is very personable.However..My mother met an early grave-In my opinion, due to negligence and a lack of action.He released my mother into my care and that of Hospice-I had no knowledge whatsoever of how to care for her-that in itself played a part in her death. He is responsible for informing the patients family on proper care.I was not at all informed beyond administering medications.Additionally, I was made to believe my mother wouldn't survive long outside a hospital setting due to her heart functioning at only a 20% capacity. That in formation is completely inaccurate! Please make sure to get well informed on every diagnosis and please get a second opinion-your life or that of a loved one,depends on it!! I am now a Med. student and know that several mistakes were made with my mother. Yes she was old,yes she was on Medicare and Medicaid-She still deserved the best care available-and did not get it!! In my opinion-This doctor did not feel she was worth saving, I would not recommend to him for anything that may be life threatening!!

It is Evident that the positive remarks on this board are coming from the nurses that work at this office. I paid extremely well to this Dr and was pushed off to the a Psychiatrist then I paid 400.00 to the Psychiatrist whom basicly told me the same thing that Dr Culasso's office did. So I went back to Dr Culassos office to save money and get the same Meds I was then turned away. Can you believe it? your own dr turn you away? I suffer from basic panic attacks which a simple pill cures and Dr Culassos office told me to take a flying leap. I willnot retrn and will not recommend
