Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
As a Dental lab technician I get to see the hands on skill of DDS and I would rate Young Song up there with some of the better DDS I have seen in my 45 years of lab working.

Dr. Song went out of his way to make me feel special and respected, and was very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was so impressed with the office and level of friendliness and care. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They were absolutely amazing and a true blessing in my life. Thank you!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I have been going to Happy Smile for over 5 years. The treatment received from the doctors and staff is outstanding. I would recommend A Healthy Smile to everyone in the area. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Dr. Song and crew do a great job. Top quality work at reasonable prices. I like to think outstanding North Shore dental work at Lake Zurich prices.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I really trust Dr Song, and highly recommend him!!!
