The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Cummings and his assistant were very sympathetic to my situation- tears and all. I ended up having to have a tooth pulled which I had only intended on going in for a consult. Once this heals , we can move forward and treat the other issues. I do not like going to any type of dental appointment, but the procedure was pain free and I was constantly asked how I was doing and given encouragement and told I was doing fine . The only thing I would have liked to know is more about the costs of the upcoming treatments so I can apply for the Care Credit Card. Definitely going back! Thanks everyone! Would highly recommend!

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I made a complaint re: scheduling and they sent me a letter not to return again. Terrible customer service.
