This company should consider getting an Office Manager and a medical records department or a staff person whom that would be their focus for the size office they have. I could write a 5 page review with my poor experiences there, but I will write it in a condensed version. I started there last spring (11) with a cleaning and shortly after found out some good news health wise. Front office: Rude staff, they had to cancel one of my appt. she says she called and told me (after I had driven out there) I explained that I had no messages or missed calls and that perhaps she called the wrong number. She says, ('oh well I don't know what to tell you, but I called that's all I know"). Then, I sat there on two other occasions thinking I'm seeing one person and I when I went back, it was someone else (even after I specifically requested a certain person) I saw 3 different hygienist and each told me something different-one said I would have to wait to take x-rays, the other said I did not have to wait and then the dentist confirmed that I had to wait. Well fast forward to Summer 2012, I go to get my x-rays and the Dr. sees that I have a lot of work to get done... well she then says 'oh no, you didnt have to wait for x-rays or to get started on the dental work. I was really mad then because I had even tried to get them to schedule something for me before the end of 2011 because I had ALOT of money to use from my insurance before the end of the year (but no I was going on what they told me about having to wait)-so that was money lost for the dental year. Nevertheless, they finally give me a treatment plan (summer2012) and given all the bad prior experience with them I was very hesitant to get started. So I waited for about a month and I was going to 'give them another try' well, the last straw was just yesterday--I called to ask how do I retrieve a copy of my medical records; and wouldn't you know, they told me they had no record of me in their system! Ridiculous, ridiculous, I was out done, that was it, that sealed it for me. I won't have to be slammed over the head a 5th time by them to listen to all the signs telling me NOT to go there for services.

Now, you might have a better experience but for me--that was not the case. I believe they could have a great practice if; they train their front line staff on customer service; train their direct provider staff(hygienist/assistants etc.) to share the same information and be consistent and lastly, either teach the receptionist how to look up patients or maybe have them to do something else. Your front line staff is your first impression and right now they are hurting their business in addition to the outright consistency in what/when you can provide services as a Co.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but I went to 6 appointment and had no treatment at all. I saw 3 differant dentists none of which would make a decision. I came in with pain in my jaw. Had an infection was given antibiotics. At next appointment xrays were taken still had pain, was told I needed a cleaning. Nexted appointment discuss what was going to be done. Not very satisfide with ansewers told dentist I didn't like being talked down to! Last Friday tooth in question broke in half, made an emergancy appointment for Monday, went into office saw another dentist. He said it was broke ,but my dentist wasn't in office and would have to schedual appointment whern he was there, all the while I am in pain can't eat properly ( I am a Diabetic and need to eat regular meals). Being very frustrated I left and told them to not bill me or my insurance for any of the supposed work they did. Went to another dentist in Rockfor, He immediatly took action schedualed an appointment with oral surgen and had tooth removed. Now it is Tuesday and i feel better than I have felt in 6 weeks. I would never recomend these people to anyonr. It seems to me they only wanted to waste my time and the insurance companies money. I will contact my insurance and lodge a complant and request that no payment be made.
