I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I travel from Indiana to Illinois just to see him for 6 month check-ups and everything else. He's an awesome dentist.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
