They have music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results.
