They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
