I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The wait in the waiting room always feels ten times longer when they don't have a good magazine selection, but they have one of the best selections I've ever seen here. They were very entertaining and up-to-date. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments.
