They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was very impressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Excellent care - friendly staff (including the doctor) - well-run office.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I would not recommend this provider to anyone. I believe I was misdiagnosed by them. I came in with pain and they thought that it was my molar. After molar was gone, pain continued, and I just found out that it is likely to be a TMJ related issue. All the work they did probably caused more harm then good. They even refused to send me the medical records which I request in writing by US registered mail. At this point I am considering filing a complaint with civil rights department.
