I don't know what St. Francisville will do if Dr. Pat ever retires. She's an incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working and compassionate professional. I trust her judgment and appreciate the attention she gives my child. She remembers details from years past and goes beyond my expectations

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. . They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. Dr. Pat has been a very big part of our family for several years!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Love the Doctor but not her nurses. They do not communicate well and are not friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Pat made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was impressed with the progress my child was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate.
